Soft Services Manager

Location: Speke, Liverpool 

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Soft Services Manager to join our exceptionally talented staff community at our client’s site in Speke, Liverpool.

As the Soft Services Manager you will be responsible for Management and control of the Catering, Soft finance, General & GMP Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and Lab service operations. 

You will provide leadership and direction to the delivery teams to ensure excellent service delivery within the soft services team activities.

Working closely with both the client and onsite team you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing operations on site.

About You 

You will already have held a similar position, preferably within the Pharma or Manufacturing environment.

Experience & knowledge required:

• Proven experience of managing a range of soft facilities services on a large single site
• Hold IOSH Certificate or equivalent.
• Good understanding of services involved.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent management skills with the ability to flex to the demands of the role
• Good administrative skills
• Track record of success with strong client relationships
• Good financial acumen, ability to work to a budget.
• Ability to understand data, spot trends and prepare reports.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team, customers and manage their expectations.
• Proven strategic thinker with ability to facilitate change where necessary

• Awareness of GxP.
