Penetration Tester / Cyber Security Tester – Permanent, Cheadle Hulme

To £50,000 pa.

Initially 4 days’ a week on site leading to a 3:2 pattern

Reporting to the Head of Technology and Sales Manager

Experience

At least 12 months performing tests/writing reports.

Function

This niche software originator is looking to provide Penetration testing service to their 2000 plus customers. The Pen Tester / Cyber Security Tester would be required to provide a wide range of services both to the internal company and external customers. They will be expected to be confident and provide Pre-Sales support during the onboarding process of new/existing customers and complete scopes of work for projects they are working on. They will also need to be proficient in penetration testing systems and applications, included but not limited to applications, internal, external testing and wireless testing. There is a necessary reporting element for all works carried out and they must be self-sufficient in their ability to produce a structured and standardised report for any work that is undertaken.

Qualifications

Ideally tow of more of the following certifications.

CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTia SEC, Crest, OWASP, Offensive Security OSCP PEN 200
