Location: Coalville
Salary: Up to £28,000
Hours: Mon to Fri Full Time

We are recruiting an experienced Service Controller for our client’s leading supplier workshop in Coalville.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Controller to join a state-of-the-art workshop, great team, and site that offers training & promotion opportunities.

For this customer-facing Service Advisor opportunity, you must have experience preferably within a car dealership Service department as a service advisor or Service controller, or in a commercial / HGV workshop.

Service Controller role:

This Service controller position entails dealing with the customer as they wish to book work into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service, you will find their requirements and advice on cost, time scale, and what exactly will happen. This customer controller role is within a busy Workshop that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Dealing with invoices and preparing estimates
Maintaining control of parts in the service department
Deliveries
Warranty returns.

Requirements

The right individual must have previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor. / HGV service controller
Excellent customer service
Upsell ability
Must hold a Full UK driving licence
