As the Administrator at Acer Lodge, you will be placed at the heart of the home along with the people that live here. You will work closely with the Registered Manager with reports, recruitment events and activities within Acer Lodge. You will follow up on all enquiries about the home and to show visitors and families around the home. You will carry out pre-employment checks, references and send offer letters to new team members. This is such a varied role and no two days will be the same. You will form relationships with people living and working in Acer Lodge and you will create and maintain files as well as conducting monthly audits, ensuring complete confidentiality. You will lead the reception team conducting 1:1's and appraisals. We are looking for someone that has experience working as an administrator in a residential / nursing home; working to deadlines, working alone and as part of a team. You will need to demonstrate strong IT skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and to be able to learn other applications. .
