Job description
As a Teacher at our academy you will be expected to engage and enthuse learners through a commitment to outstanding teaching and learning, with the freedom to unleash your creativity to provide modern and engaging learning experiences. We need someone with the energy and passion to help make our curriculum truly memorable.
To succeed you must be innovative in your techniques to motivate and inspire young people, you will also be a great team player and first class communicator.

Part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT), we are one of the largest 3–19 schools in the country, boasting our own nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form.
We pride ourselves on having an outstanding staff team committed to providing the best for every child. Our staff encourage our children to develop confidence and independence by ensuring positive attitudes and high standards. Our impressive new buildings provide an excellent learning environment for our younger Academy pupils. Our most recent Ofsted in November 2015 judged the academy consistently ‘Good’ and commented that despite our increasing size, it feels calm and orderly and has an atmosphere focused on learning.
