Job description

We are looking for a print-based Artworker to work on a broad range of projects for a well-known B2C brand. The role sits within the design team and involves brochures, adverts, catalogues, packaging, point-of-sale and web banners. This is a full-time permanent role which is based in North Worcestershire, with a mix of office and working from home. The salary is £35k, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Our client is a leading brand specialising in luxury bath and body products. They are very passionate about their products and customers and work collaboratively across design, sales and marketing. They have on-site parking and are based in spacious office accommodation commutable from Worcester, Leamington Spa, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Birmingham, Solihull, South Staffs and West Midlands.

The Role

As Artworker you will report to the Design Manager and work alongside Seniors Designers and Artworkers. You will create artwork for a wide range of design assets including packaging, point-of-sale, photography, web banners, advertisements & brochures. You will also be responsible for image retouching, creating Photoshop renders for product visuals, and creating accurate print-ready artwork and high-quality product mock-ups. It is desirable, but not essential to have experience in creating 2D packaging cutter guides.

About You

4+ years' experience, predominately as a print-orientated Graphic Designer, Creative Artworker or Artworker, ideally with packaging experience

An ability to accurately produce quality assets that meet brand standards in a fast-paced environment

Experience in professional artwork creation, proofing, and editing

Proven ability to create unique visual assets, with visualisation and retouching skills

A flexible hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
