Overview
An established company based in Fulham are looking for someone with strong customer service experience to join as a Client & Customer Support Officer.
Salary: £28,000 + commission
Main Duties
- Provide exemplary customer service to customers to ensure they renew their annual subscription with the CPD Standards Office annually
- Work closely with customers on a daily basis understanding and supporting their requirements
- Achieve 90% renewal rate across existing customer membership base
- Complete projects focused on customer experience, competitors and research into new and existing markets
- Build effective working relationships with all departments within the company and suppliers
- Ensure that all customer issues are logged and investigated in a timely manner
- Produce renewal documents and associated paperwork
- Completion of regular administration duties within the CPDSO renewals and membership department
- Work closely with colleagues to attend client meetings to ensure total client satisfaction and consistent membership renewals
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience in customer service, resolving queries
- Ability to work on own initiative and pay close attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills
