Our client, a Top 10 Practice firm, are looking for an Associate Director to join their Financial Services Risk and Regulatory team in London. The work is high profile and ranges from start up FS clients to large multinational banks.

The work is varied, fast paced and technical. This is a consulting role, where you will support clients with solutions to regulatory issues/advice seeing projects through from walk through to delivery.

The role will involve FCA S166 Skilled person engagements, report writing, Prudential Regs, SM&CR, Gap Analysis and Risk and Compliance Framework reviews.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Managing a team of specialists across various projects
• Lead business development and client relationships with the support of the Partner's
• Lead a varied portfolio of projects ensuring client programmes are completed correctly and on time
• Support in carrying our reviews, providing relevant reports and feedback as appropriate to Partner and clients

As the successful candidate you will be expected to have;

• Led teams in a regulatory or professional services environment
• A good understanding of FCA and PRA regulations
• Managed projects and are able to articulate information to Senior Leaders
