Job description

A wonderful multicultural P rimary school in Brent is recruiting for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to help pupils in Key Stage 1 . Your responsibility will be to assist children with their everyday routines and learning. Each child will have an ECHP that you will need to follow. There will also be plenty of help from excellent teachers and support staff. The school is looking for candidates that are passionate about special education. Experience is not required, but a great interest is. The school will train and mentor the successful candidate to achieve a successful rewarding career in special education. 

Position details:  

• Special Needs Teaching Assistant 
• The school welcomes graduates and experienced TAs 
• Full-time and long-term 
• £82 to £100 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications

• Rated ‘Good’ in consecutive Ofsted reports 
• Strong and supportive SLT and teaching staff to for guidance and support you 
• Two-form entry 
• Located in Brent 

The successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant will have:  

• A minimum of three months of experience working with children
