Senior Consultant - La Fosse Executive

As a Senior Consultant at La Fosse Executive, you will be responsible for leading executive search assignments and engaging with top-tier candidates to identify and attract high-level talent for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and executing tailored search strategies to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A proven track record in executive search, with experience working at a senior level within the recruitment industry.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute successful search strategies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver results on time.
