You will be able to find a full Job description and Person Specification attached within the supporting documents or please click Apply now to view in Trac Job Purpose The Freedom to Speak Up Lead Guardian is the lead role in the delivery of the Trusts FTSU service supported by the wider FTSU team in achieving the following outcomes: A positive culture of speaking up is instilled throughout the organisation with speaking up becoming business as usual. All colleagues are aware of the processes for speaking up and how to raise a concern. Supported appropriately when they speak up or support others who are speaking up. Action is taken to ensure that managers follow up concerns. That the Trust learns from concerns raised and improvements are made as a result. That the Trust is effectively aligned with the National Freedom to Speak Up processes and best practice guidance. That the Trust Board is fully informed of FTSU concerns raised and emerging themes.
