Job description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our existing team as Support Workers, providing specialized 2:1 care for an adult male with Autism. The ideal candidates will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our client by delivering person-centered care, fostering a supportive environment, and promoting independence. This role involves working closely with a team to ensure the individual's unique needs are met with patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusivity.
For this role, an ideal candidate would possess a background in care and support. Additionally, the ability to work independently, coupled with an engaging personality, is crucial. The candidate should also demonstrate adeptness in handling challenging situations. Understanding how to maintain consistency to prevent situations from escalating and identifying potential trigger points is essential. In the rare instance that situations do become challenging, knowing how to effectively manage them is crucial. It's important to emphasize, however, that the primary focus is on preventing such situations from occurring.

Benefits/Package
The refer a friend scheme is worth £200 in total. This is split £100 after the person has worked 100 hours and then another £100 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
