Oakleaf are partnered with a global investment management firm in their search for an HR Shared Services Consultant to join their team initially on a 12 month basis with a strong potential longer term. This role will provide full HR Generalist advisory support in both Shared Services and to the HR Business Partner population, across client groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first class support to all people initiatives, including employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance review, the role will also encompass operational elements, as a first point of contact for starters and leavers, and will be key in supporting payroll and benefits.
This will be a varied and business facing position with the opportunity to really develop and grow in a career in HR, coaching junior members of the team. You will need to be a proactive self-starter and enjoy working as part of a dynamic HR team to make an impact in an international role.
