An exciting opportunity with one of my key clients for a Head of Compliance to join the team has arisen. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in all international compliance standards/ improvements to products and providing stategic leadership to the Quality Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- The Head of Quality & Compliance will be managing the QHSE team and leading the regulatory compliance of all activities within the manufacturing, R&D and compliance team
- The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all regulatory matters and supporting overseas manufacturing to ensure they are compliant to global standards
- Be the go to on all health & Safety across company sites ensuring all employees adhere to H&S standards and policies.
- Attend international sites and customers to review any quality issues
- Review customer surveys and complaints and implement plans to fix them whilst reviewing component/ Product failure analysis to put preventative procedures in place
Key Attributes:
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role with International compliance experience
- International Compliance Association (ICA) certificate, Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) or similar
- Ideally a background in Manufacturing relating to Instrumentation, Medical, Pharma, Scientific or similar would be advantageous
