In this newly created role of People Systems & Insight Lead with a leading London-based University, your focus will be on employee related research whilst also playing a key role in ensuring that HR systems and processes work effectively. As well as creating data insight development work, you’ll be responsible for collecting and analysing all workforce data, highlighting the challenges involved and tracking progress. You’ll liaise with HR colleagues and other key stakeholders to identify what tactical, strategic and operational information is needed, analyse business requirements and propose solutions. You will also develop complex modelling that helps the organisation maximise its investment in people, and much more besides.
