Work and learn in a busy restaurant's bar team. Full training to be provided, experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers' identification and confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Hardworking.
• Team player.
• Keen to learn.

Desirable Skills

• Previous Bartender experience or formal education - Food Hygiene qualifications.
• Previous experience not essential.

Further Information

The Employer is: TEAM BRUISKY LIMITED Although this is a full-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: £11.00 per hour
