Performance Controller - Cost allocation (d/f/m)

To start as soon as possible, full time , permanent

We are looking for a dedicated Performance Controller with experience in the field of cost allocation to support us in the process design of allocations within the Group, operational requirements for the allocation of hours and in projects for the roll-out of cost allocation tools.

Your future plans

• Support in the design of a Group-wide E2E process for cost allocation and contribute to the development of a corresponding Group guideline
• Responsibility for the design, development and management of all cost allocation solutions
• Responsibility for the optimisation and further configuration of our time allocation tool "My Timesheet" (MTS) as well as support with all operational requirements relating to time allocation
• Support in the design and improvement of the reporting system for time allocation in order to provide our specialist departments with KPIs relevant to management
• Support with project work and responsibility for the rollout of our MTS time allocation tool to other companies

Your profile

• Apprenticeship in the field of economics or a university degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business administration, business informatics or computer science
• Professional experience, i.e. at least 2 to 5 years in the area of controlling / investment management / finance / IT with knowledge of controlling as well as financial management concepts
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and information and present it in a clear and logical format
• Candidate with a high degree of reliability, integrity and cooperation as well as a high degree of self-organisation, personal commitment and flexibility
• Good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/BI), confident with MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Tableau is beneficial
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a favorable quality
