I am excited to be working with my fantastic client, who is looking for a People Partner on a permanent basis. This role is ideal if you have an interest in social good.

The role;

My client is looking for a people partner, that will work with senior leaders to develop and drive forward their existing people plans, strategies and policy review. Strong oranisational change management is critcal to this role. ER case load is around 50% of this role. This role manages x2 people advisors and extends coaching and mentoring to other members of the team.

The person;

You must have experience in a previous people partner role, you must have an in depth understanding of employment legislation and practical application. Comfortable with providing support to senior stakeholders. You will have experience of liasing with trade unions and comfortable operating in that space.
