We’re looking for an awesome Sous Chef to join the strong team at The Old Coffee Tavern.The pub is serving to servefresh and seasonal foodto a cracking standard, using only the very best suppliers.
Ideally, the perfect Sous Chef will come directly from another premium fresh food operation and will show a passion for all things seasonal and foody. There will be plenty of opportunities to influence menu’s here, but more importantly to carry on learning andprogressingwithin a growing company such as Mosaic.
In return, you can expect a cracking salary package of upto £33k OTE, as well as a great atmosphere to turn up to work in. There are great training programs in place too, to ensure that you are always keeping on your toes.
