Sales Account Manager – Care Sector
Hours: 37.5 (09:00 – 17:00)
Location: Rawtenstall
Permanent Position, basic salary negotiable based on experience plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
Be part of a market-leading supplier to the care sector as a Sales Account Manager in this exciting permanent role. Our client is a prominent provider of office supplies, catering supplies, and care and dementia supplies. They have established a strong client database within a niche market. With ongoing company growth, including the recent acquisition of a healthcare supplies business, we offer an autonomous role where you will manage existing accounts and cultivate your own client portfolio across the UK.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and manage a live portfolio of over 150 accounts.
•Engage in effective customer prospecting to establish connections with potential clients.
•Collaborate with your team manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
•Deepen your product knowledge and market understanding to provide value-added solutions to customers.
•Respond to customer queries, providing guidance to both customers and suppliers.
•Conduct market research and customer analysis to expand and strengthen your account base.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
•Have a very strong background in B2B sales and account management with at least two years’ experience.
•Possess a confident telephone manner.
•Demonstrate commitment to upholding company values and maintaining high standards.
•Exhibit strong IT skills.
•Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
•Excel in administration and organizational skills.
