Job description
City Link Property Management Ltd seeks to recruit a Letting Agent. The Applicant will oversee and co-ordinate the letting of residential properties.
The duties also include: • Liaising with Landlords and providing advice and guidance on the letting service provided • Meeting with Landlords to inspect properties and advice on the current rental value • Selecting responsible, reliable tenants for properties and arranging property viewings • Showing potential tenants around properties and agreeing rental terms with landlords Preparing tenancy agreements, completing inventories and obtaining credit references for tenants • Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices • Create and maintain listings of available properties • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements • Coordinate property inspections and appraisals • Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes Skills The right candidate will have: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good people and negotiation Skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations efficiently • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism • Ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks • Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws and regulations • Proactive, good listener and creative thinking who can think on their feet Qualifications & Experience UK or equivalent undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or similar subject. Work experience in residential property or related area such as real estate Work location: London Hours: 38 per weekJob tags
