IT Support Engineer
IT Support Engineer– Stockport – Up to £25k
Windows, Apple, Windows Server, Active Directory, Scripting
This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivatedIT Support Engineerto join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is providing first class support to managed services customers. TheIT Support Engineerwill perform resolving incidents, product upgrades and proactive support.
The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a IT Support Engineer to provide specialist support. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working in similar roles.
Key requirements
- Excellent experience support Apple and Windows desktop operating systems
- Knowledge of MS suite of products and Windows Server installation and administration
- Active Directory administration, O365, Azure, Networking and Scripting (VBA, BASH, PowerShell)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
