Industrial Work Solutions, are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Sous Chef on a permanent contract to work with one of our major cients in the Lake District Please note that Due to the location, having own transport would be required.
Responsibilities:
As the Sous Chef, you will be a key player in maintaining the highest culinary standards. Collaborate closely with the Head Chef, working under their guidance, to plan and execute menus that reflect creativity and excellence. Your role involves managing kitchen operations, leading a team of culinary professionals, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch dishes. Contribute creative input to menu development, balancing innovation with guest preferences, and fostering a positive kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end hospitality setting.
* Strong culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to execute diverse menus.
* Leadership qualities to guide and inspire a kitchen team.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills for a smooth kitchen workflow.

Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability
Experience:
* Sous Chef: 2 years (preferred)
* Cooking at AA Rosette level: 2 years (preferred)
