THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Education Law Associate NQ-3PQE to join a successful and rapidly growing Education Law team.
The team provides legal support to educational institutions on a variety of regulatory and compliance issues.
The workload will cover; Advising on the development and application of statutory policies, special educational needs
Supporting clients with complaints, process management and outcomes
Advice and support on funding, pupil exclusion, and representations before the Schools Adjudicator
Governance advice. drafting documents and liaising with the Department for Education
THE CANDIDATE
You will have NQ-3PQE in Education Law
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
