Job description
The Journey Manager/Designer owns the analysis and mapping of the end-to-end customer journeys for the product line. In particular this role will be responsible for mapping in detail our key customer journeys using data and design skills to visually show key stages, drop outs and optimisation opportunities.
You will be responsible for developing the full end to end scope of journey mapping- every step of the customer journey will be mapped and optimised by you. You will be experienced in taking products to market and establishing new engaged audiences through multiple awareness and demand generation practices built upon a detailed understanding of the key journey steps.
Skills and Experience
Proven ability to create, build and optimise digital customer experiences.
Should be an expert in Digital Marketing principals in particular customer journey design, data and analytic, SEO & Conversion rate optimisation.
Has an idea of strategy and can help them better understand how customers flow through the website.
Some understanding of Paid, Owned and Earned Media and how Conversation Optimisation works.
Experience working with Adobe Stack is preferred.
