The Company This well–established manufacturing business boasts an impressive reputation and a wide range of product offerings. Owing to their sustained success and expansion, they are actively seeking an ambitious Finance Manager and would ideally suit an experienced Financial or Management Accountant looking to step up into a Finance Manager role working for an excellent and supportive CFO.
The Role The company is at an exciting stage of growth hence the creation of this new role which will report into the CFO and manage a small and highly professional finance team You will be experienced in all areas of finance with responsibility across the breadth of both financial and management accounting and key responsibilities will include overseeing finance operations, financial accounting and management reporting, cash–flow management and managing and developing the finance team whilst also being at the forefront of driving process enhancements and championing a culture of continuous improvement.
The Person As a qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) or qualified by experienced accountant, you will possess a strong and complete financial skill–set, with significant and relevant experience in a management capacity. Proven and demonstrable experience in a similar role, you will have focused planning and organisational skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff. With excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others and manage multiple stakeholders, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established company who can provide a supportive environment for an outstanding focused individual to develop into a more senior role.
