A prestigious, global Building Surveying consultancy is currently seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to enhance their multi-disciplinary team in Milton Keynes.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will undertake a diverse and dynamic role within the consultancy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project managing refurbishment projects ranging from £50K to £2m.
• Assisting in managing a portfolio for a large property company, maintaining day-to-day contact with the client.
• Contributing to the development of graduates and apprentices, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.
• Managing design/contract administration of insurance claims & large losses.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualification
• Proven ability to manage and deliver refurbishment projects within budget and time constraints.
• Experience in client management and the ability to maintain strong, productive relationships.
• A commitment to professional development, both for self and for guiding junior team members.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide top-tier client care.
