Job description
My local authority client based in Leicestershire is currently looking to bring on an interim lead building surveyor on an initial 6–month contract. The role is paying 40 per hour.
Duties of the role:
– To oversee the operational delivery of planned works and responsive repairs across the housing stock.
– To oversee subcontractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard, on–budget and in a timely manner.
