Technical Support Engineer
East Birmingham
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

A growing Telecommunications business are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help with their research team in the R&D Department, keeping on top with their equipment.

Technical Support Engineer:

  • Knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Qualification and/or experience within a networking IP/PC based industry.
  • Experience of installation and maintenance of technical equipment..
  • Understanding of mobile transmission systems and IP infrastructure.
  • Previous experience of working with a VMS (Video Management System).
  • Previous experience of working with CCTV.
  • Qualification in Electronics.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.

As Technical Support Engineer you will be involved in testing and developing equipment with the Research team as they evolve into new products on the market. You will play an integral role in the business and must be able to exceed expectations that are required from the role.
