Salary: £85 - £95 per day

GSL Education is actively recruiting for several graduate-level positions in Salford for our client schools. The primary focus of these roles is to provide academic support to students and assist class teachers in their overall development. We are specifically seeking graduates who aspire to pursue a career in teaching and are flexible to work across various year groups.
The responsibilities include offering general classroom support, 1:1 assistance, facilitating small group interventions, classroom teaching, and leading booster sessions.
- Can uphold and maintain high educational standards - Possesses a minimum of 12 weeks experience in an educational or childcare setting - Holds a degree or is working towards one in a subject specialization such as English, Child Care, Health and Social Care, Psychology, or SEN - Has an appropriate qualification to work with young children - Ideally, has previous experience working with children or young people - Demonstrates innovative and creative teaching approaches with a commitment to ensuring the success of all students - Demonstrates a good understanding of the primary curriculum and how young children learn - Has experience working collaboratively within a team to create a stimulating learning environment - Can share expertise, knowledge, and understanding of young children's needs and achievements with parents and staff If you are available immediately for work, GSL Education welcomes your application.
