Quality Manager (Internal)
Based in the Dungannon area my client is one of the biggest players within the quarry machinery sector who design and manufacture various types of screeners, crushers and similar types of machinery. Due to expansion they have created the brand new additional role of Quality Manager. This is the perfect time to join the company and get involved with their ongoing expansion. On offer is a market leading salary, 10% bonus, 5% pension, private healthcare, 32 holidays and a 38 hour working week with a finish at 1.30pm every Friday. Role – Quality Manager
· Responsible for the internal control of the Quality function and provide support within operations.
· Lead and develop the Quality Management System, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver the customers expectations, managing teams and quality improvement projects.
· Working closely with the Supplier Quality Manager to grow the quality and reliability of our products.
· Strategic responsibility for implementing a Quality strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality
· Optimising production quality levels and supporting operational excellence within the manufacturing sites
· Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Engineering and Aftermarket regarding technical support of their activities
· Ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority
Person – Quality Manager
· Proven experience in leading a quality team either as a Senior Quality Engineer or as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment.
