Job description
Rapidly growing Top 20 accountancy firm has recently established a National OMB advisory team based in Lancashire (junction 27 M6). As part of the development of this offering they seek an ambitious tax senior. You will provide tax advice to teams around the country, helping clients with a diverse range of tax problems including:
• Tax structuring of businesses.
• Transaction Tax.
• Capital Taxes.
• Advice on moving businesses to the next generation of family.
• Share schemes.
• Demergers.
This role would suit a tax professional who is likely to be ATT qualified or part qualified (ATT CTA pathway or ACA CTA pathway or equivalent). You will be someone who genuinely enjoys providing wide ranging tax advice. You will work directly to the head of this service line. The business is growing at a phenomenal rate and there is plenty of scope for promotion. Hybrid working available. Study support also available.
