Job description

Weekly paid hours for experienced Healthcare Assistants in the Chesterfield area – we can offer you the flexibility to choose when you want to work!

You will be working daytime hours in a modern, purpose-built care home within Chesterfield. The home cares for 65 residents with various age-related conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s as well as physical disabilities. The home boasts a wide range of facilities for the residents to maintain their quality of life.

We are looking for charismatic, outgoing and experienced carers to assist the residents throughout the day with their personal care. mobility and general well-being. You will have access to carefully tailored care plans to ensure that the residents under your care receive the support that they need throughout the day.

The home is on accessible public transport routes for those living within Chesterfield.

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

To apply for this role you must;
- Have referenceable work history
- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
- Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.

You will be working from 07:00 to 19:00 on various days throughout the week.

You will be paid £11.15 per hour
