Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Our learning and development apprentices get involved in all aspects of learning from day one
- They will support in asessing factory training to ensure colleagues meet a standard, delivering induction to new colleagues, support with e-learning roll outs at site, supporting the development of new and improving of exisiting safe working practices
- They will also deliver soft skills workshops to colleagues onsite
The training you will be getting
- Training is delivered online and in person
- Apprentices will achieve a Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner qualification as part of a global company
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- At the end of your programme, if you have successfully completed your apprenticeship and achieved the performance targets we have set for you, you are guaranteed a permanent role with us
