Job description
Our Client is looking to recruit a new role into the business - a Graduate Sales Engineer who has a keenness to develop within a technical sales role. A role that comes with full training for a recent graduate who is keen to succeed or someone who has a previous Engineering bias but wants a change of career.
Building relationships with Clients, developing a strong understanding of the company products and competitors, identifying needs and building relationships as training progresses. Attending exhibitions and supporting the company in promoting the business and its technical product. Working in different departments in order to understand the business through sales and into engineering and customer services. Sound exciting?
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm.
The successful applicant will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, an analytical approach to problem solving, excellent communication skills and the aptitude to develop their negotiation skills in both a one to one and group environment with training.
You will have an Engineering or Technical qualification and a natural ability to interact with people at all levels. A desire to learn new skills and technologies, computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Good team player, self-motivated and ambitious.
