Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications.
- Understand client needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for account growth
- Regularly review account performance and provide reports to clients
- Upsell and cross sell products and services
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management or related filed
- Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Proactive and highly motivated
- Experience within the PPE / Workwear industry would be beneficial but not essential
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
