Our client, a top-ranking and award-winning law firm, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Private Client Legal Secretary join their friendly and supportive team. With modern offices close by to commuter links, and an extremely competitive salary, this is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Secretary looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham.
As a Legal Secretary in the team, you will support multiple Fee Earners up to Legal Director level.
Key Responsibilities include: - Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the private client team.
- Manage client correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and legal documents.
- Assisting with file management, organising client documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and client requests with professionalism and discretion.
