Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (B2B)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Location: Cheshire, SK9 1NY (Hybrid working 4&1)

Salary: £21,000 - £22,500 + Company and Personal Performance Bonus

Job Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual to join our young and dynamic team. The underlying objective of the role is to support our channel partners across the UK to service and administrate the telephony solutions connected via Zest4. The role is centred around working on our busy Service Desk, answering telephone calls, emails and working with internal and external portals. This position would suit an enthusiastic and organised person who is looking for a varied role with a real ability to progress within a growing and exciting business. The successful candidate will benefit from an excellent training and personal development plan, with the full support of the company’s management.
