Nursery Teaching Assistant
Job Title: Nursery Teaching Assistant
Location: Brighton
Contract: Full Time, 8am-4pm starting after Easter
We are working with a Nursery school who are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Brighton area.
The successful candidate will be working in an EYFS class, supporting children with their daily classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Supporting the class teacher in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum • Assisting with planning and preparation of classroom activities
• Providing individual and group support to children
• Helping to create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment
• Communicating with parents and carers as required
• Contributing to the overall development and improvement of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• A relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or degree)
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and proactive approach to their work
• A commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
