Job description
As the UK's first employee-owned employer branding agency, we know a thing or two about the careers people want. We help big-name brands attract and engage talent by creating and delivering innovative campaigns and strategies across multiple channels. Big names like Aviva, Heathrow, Vodafone, and Rolls-Royce.
When you join Blackbridge as a Social Media Manager, you’ll act as our go-to socials expert with an eye for data and ambitions to take our digital offerings to the next level. Operating cross-departmentally and on a wide variety of projects, you’ll be as comfortable working alongside our creatives and digital team as you are chatting strategy with our clients.
You’ll be well-versed in the nuances and best practices of all major social media platforms, staying up to date on trends and understanding how to set, and reach, KPI’s for our campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and confident, always ready to advocate for a better output, able to work both proactively and independently when needed.
Sound like you? Then come and see what we have to offer.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, working on organic and paid social projects
- Unfailing attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Experience with ad budgets and social media reporting platforms (Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
- Passion for all things social, able to hunt out new and innovative solutions, while being able to relay them back to colleagues and clients in a meaningful manner

- A structure and team spirit that inspires you to produce your best work, stay engaged and find ways to develop via regular check-ins with your manager or team.
- A work-life balance is important to who we are. We’re all good at what we do, and we work hard, but we intend to enjoy that success by living our lives.
- ‘Fun-loving and considerate’ sums up our culture, with regular socials and events designed to inspire a closer bond between a diverse group of people.
- A minimum of 25 days holiday, 1.5 days extra at Christmas and enhanced parental leave, because as we’ve said, life comes first.
- Employee Assistance Programme through Health Assured is available 24/7, because wellbeing is our priority
- Medicash – a holistic range of impressive health and wellbeing benefits for you and your children.
- Enhanced parental pay and leave, so you can settle your family in, enjoy the early days and maintain your sense of financial security.
