Job description
What you will do in your working day
- To contribute to providing an outstanding level of care for children in the setting.
- To give support to supervisor / other staff within the setting.
- To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
- To implement the daily routine
The training you will be getting
- Early years Educator Level 3 qualification.
- Apprentices must successfully complete a paediatric first aid qualification.
- Functional Skills in maths and English if required.
- The successful applicant will undertake their training through an accredited training provider.
- You will be joining a friendly team and get the chance to work alongside highly experienced practitioners, one of whom will be your mentor to support you throughout your training.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- To gain your qualification as a qualified early years educator, with the possibility to progress to a full-time job, subject to interview.
