What you will do in your working day

During the Level 3 HR Administration Apprenticeship some of your daily duties will include.

• First point of contact for HR, answering phone, in person and emails.
• Administration of new starters.
• Co-ordinate inductions and payroll details.
• Daily management of HR inbox in a timely and accurate manner

The training you will be getting

During your Level 3 HR Administration Apprenticeship you will be based at our Stratford, London office.

You will receive ongoing training and support from both STM Group and Smart Training & Recruitment.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Upon successful completion of the Level 3 HR Administration Apprenticeship there may be the opportunity to become a full time HR administrator co-ordinator with the STM Group.
