Job description
Job Purpose:To provide responsive, effective evidence based care to patients and families within the care setting. The role requires to act as the lead nurse on the In-Patient Unit within the field of Quality and Practice Development as well as to lead, support and develop skills within the nursing team. Contribute towards strategic development of service and provide a supportive role to that of the Ward Manager. Relevant post registration experience working within palliative and end of life care is also required.
