Remote IT Sourcer

YourCode Group, a boutique recruitment agency that specialises in technology recruitment across Europe, is looking to add a new team member - IT Sourcer, to join our fully-remote recruitment team. We have team members in multiple countries including Romania, Poland, England and UAE to name a few.

Your duties:
- Working as part of a team of 5 to recruit Software, Data & DevOps positions across Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Estonia, Germany, UK)
- Sourcing candidates via different recruitment channels
- Interviewing candidates on video calls
- Recruitment administration for our ATS
- Sharing our company content on social media
- Attend meetings with our recruitment managers to ensure we are progressing the recruitment projects
