Litigation Locum - Potters Bar
A private practice firm in Potters Bar is looking for assistance from a Litigation Locum.
The requirement is due to start from early March, and will be running until they find someone on a permanent basis. The role though is likely to last three months plus.
The caseload consists of property litigation, therefore good knowledge in residential & commercial landlord & tenant matters, as well as contract law is necessary.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 5 years experience of handling a litigation/property litigation caseload. You will need to be able to work on a largely self-sufficient basis and to hit the ground running.
Hybrid working will be potentially available after an initial 4 weeks. To get used to the system and litigation files.
