Primary Teacher
Location: Boston
Salary: £130.00-£150.00
Start date: After Easter Half Term
GSL Education are supporting schools in Lincolnshire and are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Primary Teacher on part time basis. This role can be flexibly to support you and your needs!
Teaching and learning practices can be modified to better meet the different needs of students while also fostering a supportive learning environment. You will assist children in meeting their intellectual and emotional needs by encouraging their complete growth. You will teach pre-planned lessons, manage the classroom effectively, and provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary school pupils.
If you are a confident, hardworking, and dedicated individual, who wants to make a difference in the lives of young learners, GSL Education would love to hear from you! As a Primary Teacher, you may hold the following: - Be a qualified teacher (ideally with PGCE, GTP, B.Ed. Cert Ed, BA with QTS)
- Demonstrate recent experience as a Primary/ Secondary Teacher or Trainee Teacher
- Hold an honours degree or equivalent in B.Ed.
- Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high.
- Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies.
Job role requirements: - Hold the right to work in the UK.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Possess an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education).
- Experience teaching in primary schools is preferred.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
