Clinical Negligence Solicitor NQ +
Location: Exeter
This well-established firm in central Exeter is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team. Currently within the team there is a highly experienced partner and a paralegal who manage the work however they are looking to expand the team further.
Within this role you would have a varied case load of medical negligence matters. Some examples of the matters that the team work with include Birthing Injuries, Delayed diagnosis, misdiagnosis, prescription errors, negligence surgery, errors resulting in death, negligence care, cosmetic surgery claims, inquests and more. With the variance in work, no two days will ever look the same.
You would be dealing with claims against Hospital Trusts, GP's, Dentists and Ambulance Trusts.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a Solicitor with a solid grounding in Clinical Negligence. An individual with confidence in managing their own case load of Clinical Negligence matters and someone who is able to advice clients in a personable yet professional manner.
