Job description
Project Coordinator required to join a market leading organisation, specialising in providing asset integrity services to the worldwide energy industry, on a 6-12 month contract.
As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and being the initial point of contact for clients when contacted to arrange vendor inspection requests.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinating inspectors to carry out inspections as required by clients.
- Ensuring each inspection enquiry is seen through from initial request to job completion.
- Ensuring inspection reports are completed and issued to relevant parties within given timeframe.
- Advising clients, vendors and offshore personnel on relevant equipment and paperwork enquiries
- Updating and maintaining databases with inspection data.
- Filing inspection paperwork and documenting.
- Providing rotational cover for out of hours vendor mobile.
- Acting as the focal point for individual projects out with ad-hoc scopes.
- Completing additional training as identified by line management of a technical nature.
Applicants to this role require:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the oil & gas industry.
- Ability to act as a focal point and have a high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of the inspection process and technical data.
- Ability to work accurately and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
