Commercial and General Property Solicitor
Solicitor 4+ PQE
Salisbury
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm. The firm has won several awards including 'The Best Law Firm' (The Times), and were ranked as Top Tier by the Legal 500.
In this position, you would have a case load of predominately Commercial Property matters with some rural property work. Due to the complex nature of the work, matters are high value (up to £50m).
This opportunity would be suitable for an experienced Solicitor with expertise in Commercial Property as well as some general property experience who is looking for complex, high value work within an established firm.
You would be working predominately with private clients and so experience in this area would be desirable. As part of the role, you would have business development responsibilities.
