We are looking for a Relief Receptionist to join us at our client site in Aberdeen.

You will be working across various Wilson James sites across Aberdeenshire. The ideal candidate will prove quickly their suitability for the role by acceptance of shifts offered, noting that this is a zero hours role and shifts need to be accepted to generate income

As a Relief Receptkionist you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Relief Receptionist:

• Be a relief/temp resource as a Receptionist working across a bank of clients from Dyce to Westhill and Aberdeen City
• Respond to client requests for holiday and adhoc/additional cover
• You must be able to respond quickly to request to work by the Security Business Partner – call/text/email, sometimes with very short notice periods of 1 hour
• Support our clients for short periods of team, often working alongside their own staff
• Oil and Gas type receptions are the main client base
• To be highly flexible and quick learning

• Deliver excellent customer service, all day, every day
• Moderate/Advanced IT Skills – and comfortable with electronic switchboards, where required
• Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
• Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
• Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
• Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
• Drivers licence 
• Previous reception experience
